Johannesburg ANC elects new leaders
The ANC in Johannesburg has new leaders.
Dada Morero takes the reins as the region’s chairperson, after garnering the most votes.
He’s beaten the acting chairperson, Eunice Mgcina.
Sasabona Manganye takes over from Morero as regional secretary, with Loyiso Lugayeni-Masuku retaining her position as deputy.
Maxwell Ndezamba has been elected treasurer, taking over from the late Mpho Moerane.
Not much drama has been reported from the Johannesburg elective conference, compared with other regions.
