Actress Amanda du-Pont reacts to rumours she has a new boyfriend

Mzansi actress Amanda du-Pont raised speculations when she stopped posting pictures or videos of her and her husband Shawn Rodriques. To make matters worse, she was out clubbing with her ex-boyfriend Cassper Nyovest.
Twitter blogger Musa Khawula first speculated that she and Shawn had broken up. Then clips of her clubbing with Cassper made rounds with people making speculations that there is something brewing.
Then he created another gossip saying Amanda was spotted with her new boyfriend and they were out in Cape Town.
However, Amanda quickly put out all the flames and set the record straight. The beauty influencer clarified that she is out with friends and the man shown in the pictures is actually her bodyguard.
The original video. An afternoon riding bikes and scooters with my friends. The image you posted seems to be a malicious cropped version to insinuate rumours. For clarity the man in the image is my bodyguard. A polite plea to leave my name out your gossip. https://t.co/TTcbIQ7OTm pic.twitter.com/k86gqpK3uZ

“The original video. An afternoon riding bikes and scooters with my friends. The image you posted seems to be a malicious cropped version to insinuate rumours. For clarity, the man in the image is my bodyguard. A polite plea to leave my name out of your gossip,” she clapped back.
To be fair, not much has been going on with Amanda and Shawn on social media. The bodybuilder last posted on his IG in May and it was a video of him and his dog.
Amanda on the other hand continues to post and flaunt her stunning pictures on the gram.
The last time Shawn publicly showed how much he loves and cares for her, was when he sent out a scathing message to Jub Jub after Amanda said he raped her.
Shawn told the Uyajola 9/9 host Jub Jub that he is a pig and he wishes he could burn in hell, “F**k you, pig. I can’t wait until you f***ng burn in hell,” he said and tagged Jub Jub.
He then tagged a video clip of Amanda calling Jub Jub out for saying he “smashed” instead of saying he raped her.
“No, you didn’t smash me, you raped me, you forcibly opened my legs, forced me myself for two years and made me believe that there was no way out. . The most painful part of all of this was that I was a virgin and I told him at the time. I told Jub Jub at the time that I was a virgin and I planned to be a virgin until the time I got married,” said a tearful Amanda.
“So it is not true. I didn’t leave because I saw a picture. I left because he tried to kill me and I have always been afraid to leave because of the treats that were made but at that moment where he tried to kill me I knew the very thing I was afraid of, which was dying… I knew was meant to happen that day and I actually got away,” she continued.
She pointed out how the justice system failed her repeatedly when she tried reporting the rape.
“When I got away I went to the police station to try and open a case of abuse and rape and attempted murder. The police officer said to me to go home and think about my decision because he is so sick and tired of women coming to him with their boyfriends and husbands only having to take them back,” she added.
She said she fell pregnant but could not keep the baby which was forcibly given to her, “I had an abortion of course because there was absolutely no way I would have a child that was forcefully given to me,” she added.
She took to Twitter to thank the good messages and also was in awe at how many women went through the same thing who rose stronger.
Completely overwhelmed with all your love and support🤍and broken by all your messages of how many of you have gone through the same thing!Thank you!!!!! It’s been so encouraging to see how we are all there for one other.God bless
