Job Summary
1] Around 4-7 years of total experience, particularly as a support analyst
2] Hands-on experience in application support project involving technologies like .Net particularly VB.NET, C#
3] Good Communication Skills
4] Good understanding of ITSM framework
5] Working knowledge of any monitoring tools would be preferable.
6] Ready to work in shifts.
7] Good Analytical skills,
8] Nice to have – ITIL certified.
9] Ready to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment as an L1/L2 support analyst.
