Labour Court denies Nehawu strike interdict appeal

The Labour Court has upheld an interdict against the ongoing public sector strike following the National Education, Health, and Allied Workers’ Union’s appeal.

The Health Department has welcomed the ruling, saying it will bring some form of stability to health facilities across the country.
