South Africa officially back under national state of disaster

South Africa is officially back under a national state of disaster. The government has gazetted sweeping regulations to deal with the electricity crisis.
Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has been given the power to exempt critical infrastructure from power cuts.
She will also be able to greenlight finances through emergency procurement.
The Auditor General, however, will also be conducting real-time audits on the funds and will report on all accounts during the disaster.
The Democratic Alliance, Solidarity, and the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse are all heading to court to have the state of disaster overturned.
