Nandipha Magudumana has good chance of successful bail appeal
Legal expert Mpumelelo Zikalala believes that Nandipha Magudumana stands a good chance of successfully appealing her bail application dismissal.
Magudumana was denied bail on Monday.
She has been in prison for 5 months since her arrest in Tanzania.
Magudumana applied for bail saying she needed to be reunited with her children.
