Mxolisi Dukwana promises better service delivery

Mxolisi Dukwana is back in the Free State Legislature.

He’s been appointed Cooperative Governance MEC.

This comes 9 years after then Premier, Ace Magashule, gave him the boot.

Dukwana says he’s thankful for the time away.

He says it’s given him a different perspective on how to deliver services.
