Free State: At 07H48 Thursday morning Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the R59 in the Northern Free State.
Reports indicate that a tow truck towing another truck, lost control resulting in both vehicles leaving the road.
Medics assessed the scene and found that three adult males, all occupants of the two trucks had sustained minor injuries.
The patients were treated on scene and once stabilized were transported by ambulance to the hospital for further care.
