BUSA calls for smaller & more effective cabinet
Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) says the mineral resources and energy ministries should be split into two separate entities.
This comes ahead of the highly anticipated cabinet reshuffle.
No word has been given on when this will be happening but following the ANC’s national conference in December and the cabinet lekgotla this week, a reshuffle is imminent.
BUSA CEO Cas Coovadia says the mineral resources and energy department is a critical one that needs more attention.
