1 275 new COVID-19 cases, 22 more deaths recorded

The National Institute of Communicable Diseases (NICD) reported 1,275 new COVID-19 cases in South Africa.
A total of 22 more COVID-19 related deaths were also reported.
SA’s COVID-19 positivity rate is at 3.6%.
Gauteng reported over 1,000 COVID-19 cases.
#COVID19 UPDATE: A total of 35,390 tests were conducted in the last 24hrs, with 1,275 new cases, which represents a 3.6% positivity rate.
