Develop, co-ordinate and implement integrated and outcomes-based strategic, annual and operational planning guidelines, policies, systems and processes for the entity in accordance with applicable legislation and frameworks.
Manage the development, facilitation preparation and adoption of the entity’s strategic, performance and operational plans in accordance with applicable legislation and frameworks, and development of industry related strategies and implementation plans to support strategic outcomes.
Manage quarterly and annual performance reporting to management structures, oversight bodies and the public in accordance with applicable legislation.
Integration of monitoring and evaluation into performance and strategic management as a mechanism for measuring and enhancing delivery against strategic outcomes, goals and objectives.
Institutionalise optimal performance information management practices in compliance with applicable prescripts, thereby mitigating potential audit risks.
Perform supervisory functions.

Candidate Requirements
Business Administration Qualification or relevant Monitoring and Evaluation Certificate.

Minimum of three years’ performance management related experience or relevant administration management experience with focus on performance management or monitoring evaluation

Administrative skills

MS Office, project and excel (Advanced)

Gambling industry knowledge would be advantageous.

Knowledge and understanding of relevant public service and other legislation. Government frameworks and Government Plans would be advantageous.
