A six-year-old KwaZulu-Natal girl, who was reported kidnapped near Glendale on Sunday, has been found dead.
After an extensive search, rescuers found her body in the Glendale area on the North Coast on Tuesday afternoon. Police are investigating her disappearance and cause of death.

According to #AlexiaNyamadzawo’s mother, they’d been travelling in a car near Shayamoya on Sunday and the little girl was snatched from the back seat as they slowed down for a speed hump. Alexia’s 14-year-old sibling was also in the car. pic.twitter.com/rjXK4mSi4C
