Higher positivity rate persists among youth, says Health Minister Phaahla

The number of 10 to 14-year-olds testing positive for COVID-19 is increasing.

Health Minister, Joe Phaahla, says this is very concerning.

He says scientists initially believed it was related to the reopening of schools but he says the surge is not abating.
