The developed world has not lived up to its promises on vaccine equity, according to International Relations and Cooperation Minister, Naledi Pandor.

Pandor says leaders like President Joe Biden are trying to shift blame.

The US president says South Africa does not need any more vaccines, because of public reluctance to get the jab.

Pandor says this is a false distraction from facts.

16.5-million people have been vaccinated in South Africa to date.
