Minister Nathi Mthethwa briefs media on level 3 lockdown regulations
Sports, Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa briefs the media on alert level 3 lockdown regulations. Mthethwa is expected to clarify some regulations such as non-contact sport resuming. The minister will also speak on other sectors and outline guidelines under level 3 lockdown.
