DA lays criminal charges against Health Minister Mkhize

The Democratic Alliance has laid criminal charges against Health Minister Zweli Mkhize, following his implication in a dodgy multi-million rand communications contract with Digital Vibes.

Mkhize denies any wrongdoing.
