Minister in the Presidency, Jackson Mthembu to be laid to rest on Sunday

Late Minister in the Presidency, Jackson Mthembu will be honoured with an official state funeral at his home in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga on Sunday. Mthembu died on Thursday from COVID-related complications.

The national flag will fly at half-mast from Saturday morning, 23 January until Sunday evening, 24 January, the day on which Mthembu will be laid to rest.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at the GCIS Auditorium in Hatfield, Tshwane.
