Minister Bheki Cele and David Makhura visit murdered ANC councillor’s family

As we gear up for the elections, political killings seem to be increasing. Just last week, Tshwane ANC councillor, Tshepo Motaung was shot multiple times while making his way home.

Police are investigating all leads at this stage. Gauteng Premier David Makhura and Police Minister Bheki visited Motaung’s family.
