At 17H13 Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R61 between Ramsgate and Southbroom.
Reports from the scene indicate that four adult males were ejected from a bakkie when it rolled several times.
The patients with injuries ranging from moderate to serious were treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment.
