The Massive Music host caused a stir on the social media platform when she tweeted that she is what Khanyi Mbau could have been if she had focused on her acting career.
Khanyi was less than impressed with Anele Zondo’s comparison and wasted no time clapping back.
“It’s too early for you to be comparing yourself to me! A small role on the river & a mediocre presenting gig and you feel u can throw shade?” Khanyi hit back.
As if that wasn’t enough, Khanyi added salt to the wound by using the hashtag, ‘You can’t compare where you don’t compete’, in her post.
Mbau got wind of this tweet and swiftly brought Zondo back down to earth letting her know that they are not on the same level.

And just to make sure Zondo understood that she is the Latavia to her Beyoncé, the singer posted some receipts.

The pot was getting hot for Zondo and she backtracked quickly and posted an Instagram story apology to make it clear she wasn’t “dissing” Mbau.
