AfriForum rushes to court to challenge decision not to publicise Matric results
AfriForum heads to court on Tuesday to challenge the decision not to publish Matric exam results.
Maroela Media and Anlé Spies, a 2021 matriculant have joined the application.
The Basic Education Department had said the results can’t be published due to the POPI act but it is now indicated it will not oppose the application.
The 2021 matric results are expected to be made available from Thursday.
