Killer Kau’s girlfriend allegedly marries his friend – Mzansi reacts

Mzansi reacts to speculations that Killer Kau‘s girlfriend has moved on with his friend! It has been over a year since one of the most tragic events in the Amapiano space has happened. In August 2021, South Africa was shocked and dismayed by the news of the tragic accident which took the lives of five people. Included were Amapiano prominent musicians Mpura and Killer Kau.
One of the biggest revelations which seemed to taint the remembrance of the Amapiano Five, as they came to be referred to, was the revelation of the love life of Killer Kau. This is as it was revealed that Killer Kau had multiple girlfriends, who following the news of his passing all allegedly took to social media to stake their claim as the “rightful” one. But only one came up on top.
As Killer Kau’s death opened room for his multiple girlfriends to use social media to assert that they were the official girlfriend. One in particular which earned public support was Olwethu Mkhwanazi. Mkhwanazi earned the “acclaim” due to the touching video which shared the couple’s sweet moments together, like Mkhwanazi planning the surprise birthday celebration in his humble apartment. One which would be their last one together.
Despite this fact, when it was suggested on social media that there was a battle of the rightful girlfriend. Tweeps made it clear that they would not judge the 24-year-old for his philandering ways as at the time of his death, he was like most young men, just enjoying the fruits or groupies of his fame.

Therefore, it when there was an attempt to sl*t shame his girlfriend for moving on, tweeps were again ready to defend Killer Kau’s legacy and Mkwanazi.
Tweeps react to Killer Kau’s girlfriend sl*t shaming
It all started when a Twitter account took to the socials to reveal that albeit it being just a little over a year that Killer Kau’s girlfriend, Olwethu Mkhwanazi had moved. More than that, that she was married, and not just to another random guy, but that she was allegedly married to one of Killer’s friends.

It seems the news was meant to earn some kind of ridicule for Mkhwanazi. Whether it was due to the fact that she had moved on, or whether that she had allegedly moved on with Killer’s friend. It was unclear, but what was clear was that social media was meant to shame her for moving on.
But possibly in a surprising move for Twitter, they turned their wrath to the Twitter account which seemed to have intended to incite some kind of cyberbullying on the young woman. Firstly, tweeps highlighted the fact that Killer Kau was not faithful to Mkhwanazi when he was alive. Moreover, that they were not married and there no prescribed mourning period.
So you people expect that poor child to be loyal to dead man called killer kau pic.twitter.com/AviDeBsqRY

It is normal for someone who lost a partner to find love again. Killer Kau would be happy for her. She can’t pause back her life indefinitely. Mourning periods vary from person to person. Others will take weeks, months, years, others decades.
Give this girl a BREAK, hassska🤧

Y’all should stop judging Killer Kau’s girlfriend. Don’t act like some of y’all haven’t dated or slept with your exs or current gf/bf’s friend. Just because they don’t know you, some people have done worse👀. I honestly don’t see anything wrong, as long as she is happy ❤️

Secondly, there were more spiked tweets on the matter. Tweets that suggested that due to the known fact that Killer Kau was unfaithful, that there are chances that Mkhwanazi was not faithful either during their relationship. Moreover, because of this fact, it was suggested that Mkhwanazi might have been dating the friend even before the news of the tragedy made headlines.
Maybe Killer Kau and his friend did the agreement of Nelson Mandela and Samora Machele pic.twitter.com/6cfJHGLgAm

Killer Kau had dozens of girlfriends. If she died, he’d had been comforted by someone else that very day so pls. Girlie did well. https://t.co/IurOg2fcOe

Killer Kau had a million girlfriends, so pls. https://t.co/ihKOf5MDK5

But whether Mkhwanazi is married or not, it seems unlikely. Firstly, she still has images of her and Killer on Instagram. Lastly, from the shared posts, there is not ring or suggestion of a romantic affiliation. So, is anyone wrong in Acrimony?
