Nonhle Jali: People don’t want to see young black marriages succeed

The football fraternity has lost many of its great talents to substance abuse, especially alcohol. Attesting to this notion is our very own, Andile Jali. These reports came to light after rumours that the Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder has been drowning himself in alcohol. The issue has allegedly reached the powers that be at Sundowns Headquarters.

Andile Jali’s entrance to Sundowns has not been smooth sailing hence there is already reports that he quite often goes on drinking sprees’. Sunday World reported that some of Andile’s shenanigans include a verbal scuffle with head coach Pitso Mosimane, whilst in full view of the team’s management, also the midfielder had failed more than one breathalayser test at the Mamelodi Sundowns headquarters.

Andile’s wife, Nonhle Jali has allegedly been spearheading for solutions regarding the predicament that they find themselves in as a family. However Nonhle sang a different tune when contacted by Sunday World, these were her words

None of the allegations are true, Andile and I are happily married, he is a responsible father who loves and cares for his children, He is currently in training in Port Elizabeth and settling well in his new team”. Nonhle continued to add:”It is a smear campaign and we are used to it. It is as if people don’t want to see young black marriage succeed .Andile Jali is such a gem, his talents are solely needed in the football fraternity. If the reports are anything to go by, we sincerely hope he pulls himself out of this rough situation.
