Whilst many ZAlebs are swimming deep in love waters, taking advantage of February- the month of love to show off their plus ones and throwing around hints of marriage, television personality Bonang Matheba who turns 32 in June is the odd one out in Celebville.

Bonang’s last relationship with rap superstar AKA ended in a messy breakup which saw the rapper throwing shade at his former partner in songs.

With AKA, everyone thought that Celebville had found a new power couple, alas AKA had other ideas- that of returning to his baby mama, DJ Zinhle.

Talking at the #WeSeeEqual Gender Equality Summit hosted by UN Women in Mumbai, India Bonang revealed that she wants to achieve a number of personal goals before she starts of thinking about getting married as a way of empowering herself and other women.
