Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective relationships with creative agencies and suppliers.
Develop strong relationships with production companies and sponsors.
Regular follow up and feedback with critical business partners.
Work closely with the content team; enabling them to meet their channel objectives by providing campaigns, events, digital marketing, that meets business results.
Manage a team of team members to ensure effective delivery of business unit objectives.
Develop a high performing team by embedding formal performance development and informal coaching. Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members.
Determine and analyze development needs for the team and ensure that identified training requirements are budgeted for and executed.
Interview and recruit new members of the team, including determining appropriate compensation levels with input from Human Capital.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing or Branding or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of current and future content trends in multiple markets and platform.
