Reporting Structure:
Key Performance Areas
Assist Group Marketing Executive when required
Assist Group Marketing Manager when required
Answering calls and taking messages when required
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various meetings
Assist with the planning and coordination of special events
Update & maintain the marketing department’s documentation and calendars
Liaison between HR department on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
Implement and facilitate the new store roll out with regards to marketing deliverables
Copying and filing of invoices and contracts
General office admin
Proofreading and price checking of all press ads, point of sale and other design proofs
The job holder is required to perform any duties over and above the outputs of the job which are at the reasonable request of a superior
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualification
Matric
Preferred Qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum Experience
2 years marketing experience preferable
Press/print experience advantageous
High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
Good knowledge of the media and retail landscapes
Own transport is essential
