The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy for new and existing products. One of the key responsibilities will be to develop and sustain new customer base to enable profitable revenue growth. This will be a growth focused role with clear performance targets to be achieved.
Key activities will include:
Providing a high level of expertise to end users, installers, consultants,engineers, architects with the specification of products and solutions to meet customers requirements.
Develop, leads, identify strategies, and execute action items to maximize opportunities
to attain or exeeds sales targets. Planning and oveseeing new market initiatives.
Identify and develop relationships with industry proffesionals to generate new business opportunities.
Create and put forward and manage the execution of proposed business sales plan. etc.
Required Skills
construction : 5 to 6 years
marketing : 5 to 6 years
sales : 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
Engineering or Business Management Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Abillity to read construcion drawings.
Minimum of 5 Years experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development management.
A demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales objectives preferably in the Construction Industry.
