High Court upholds Manuel Chang extradition judgment
The Gauteng High Court has upheld the judgment that former Mozambican Finance Minister Manuel Chang should be extradited to United States.
Chang faces charges of corruption, fraud, and money laundering.
The Mozambican government had also asked that he be extradited to Maputo, where 19 suspects — including the son of former president Armando Guebuza — are on trial over the same case.
