Manchester United fans react to Jack Grealish transfer decision. Grealish, who has shone for Aston Villa in the Premier League this season, is thought to be on United’s radar as they look to strengthen Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad. Manchester United fans have been having their say after it was reported that Jack Grealish is ready to resist any transfer interest from Old Trafford this month.
Solskjaer was even asked about his stance on a potential move for Grealish after the midfielder scored a stunning goal in the 2-2 draw between the sides at the start of December. He stopped short of confirming any interest but praised the 24-year-old, saying: “I can’t talk too much about other teams’ players if they are Man United calibre or targets.
“But fantastic goal. I think he’s hit one of those corners that I’ve hit a couple of times. “It was a great finish but then again we should defend better and show him down the left. But what a goal and he played a good game, definitely.”
Since then there has been intense speculation about a United swoop for Grealish but the Mirror reports he will turn down any advances this month to stay at Villa.
He penned a contract in 2018 tying him to the club until 2023 and will wait until the summer to hold talks about his future.
