QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
B Degree in field of Human Recourses (Required);
B.Com Hons Degree (Desirable)
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Eight (8) years HR generalist experience (Required);
Five (5) years HR management experience (Required);
Registration with SABPP (Required);
Valid code B driving license (Required).
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Behavioural: Problem Solving Skills, Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Communication Skills, Planning Skills, Organising Skills and Interpersonal Skills;
Systems: Electronic Document Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Resources Information Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office and SHERQ Systems;
Technical: Statutory Knowledge, Policy and Procedural Knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational human resource management;
Customer relationship management;
Legal compliance and insurance;
Housing management
SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work
Work ethics;
Implement and manage approved budget;
Relationship maintenance
Technical and professional support;
People management and workforce planning;
Performance management;
Manage people development processes;
Personal development and closing training gaps.
The successful incumbent will be appointed subject to being certified medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996 and meeting the requirements of the Company’s Code of Practice – Minimum Standards of Fitness to perform work at a Mine. He/she may also undergo a psychometric assessment.
