Management Accountant urgently needed: Salary R650 000 to R680 000 per year

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Co-ordination of the Month End Reporting process
Preparation/ review of Consolidated Management Accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
Preparation/ review of Quarterly Board Reporting
Preparation/ review of Monthly Executive Committee and Board Presentations
Preparation/ review of Related Party Reports
Investigation and Reporting of variances/ movements in the Management Accounts through critical analyses
Conducting Departmental OPEX Management Account review meetings and providing feedback on expenditure
Preparation/ review of Balance Sheet reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of Annual Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts
Managing and Supporting projects related to costing of services and business functions as well as the profitability of products and services
Management of Staff
Signatory for payments

Qualifications and Experience:

Newly Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA Qualification Completed
Minimum of 2 experience in the field of Accounting/ Management Accounting
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, Income Tax and VAT will be beneficial
Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Financial Modeling in Excel would be advantageous)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Detail orientated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
People management experience would be beneficial  Must be willing to work additional hours if required
