Enhle Mbali’s fans are crying foul after a report revealed that her former domestic worker is demanding she pay R100 000 for unfair dismissal. The actress has been having a tough year following news of her separation from her husband Nkosinathi “DJ Black Coffee” Maphumulo. One week after Enhle confirmed for the first time that she was indeed going through a divorce, her domestic worker appeared in a paper calling her “evil and heartless”. Speaking to the City Press, Mpho Koetsi claimed that the 31-year-old gave her the boot after accusing her of gossiping with DJ Black Coffee and his mother. The LaLaLa hitmaker and his mom would allegedly call the domestic worker whenever they needed to speak to the couple’s children.
Mpho told the paper that speaking to them was her “sin”. The 40-year-old woman added that Enhle became “paranoid” after her marriage started to fall apart. Mpho is now taking Enhle to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and asking the actress to fork out R100 000 for her unfair dismissal. Enhle reportedly declined to comment when the paper contacted her.
Her loyal fans are speaking out following the report. They described the interview as “sensational” and slammed the domestic worker for going to the press. She is proving here Enhle was right to fire her. I hope this silly woman knows how hard it will be to find a job now…” one Twitter user wrote.
