Maintenance Handyman needed urgently: Salary R10 000 per month
Job Type: Contract
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
· Operate most general hand tools.
· Operate power tools (i.e. drill, angle grinder, etc.)
· General building works like painting, door handles, taps, but not limited.
· Correctly take measurements and work at height.
· Should be able to make correct estimates on paint needed.
· Fit to lift medium-weight material and spares (up to 35 kg, but not limited)
· Paint walls, frames and fix doors.
· Repair minor leaks on toilets, water pipes, and taps.
· Housekeeping in the facilities from a maintenance view.
· Fasten cupboard handles and hinges.
· Not limited to other general works related
· Adhoc work-related duties as requested from your superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Grade 12 or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years of practical handyman/general maintenance experience
· Preference will be given to candidates living within 30km radium of Roodekop
· Manufacturing background will be advantageous.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Up to R10,000.00 per month
