RESPONSIBILITIES: 3 weeks on and 1 week off cycle. Day to Day Operation of the Kitchen and manage the Kitchen Brigade. Dealing with suppliers. Ensure Kitchen is aware of upcoming dietary requirements. Dealing with guest complaints. Completing orders for the kitchen and ensuring correct par stock level. Weekly menu planning and menu costing. Oversee and planning of training. Assisting with Hosting during meals.

CRITERIA: Relevant culinary qualification. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4*/5* environment in the same or similar role. Ability to work under pressure and task orientated. Send CV + photo + references to apply.
