Lodge Manager wanted:
As a Lodge Manager, you will be delivering an unforgettable experience for guests that will exceed all their expectations. You will have the overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Lodge and all the related activities.
As a Lodge Manager, you will have excellent hospitality skills and knowledge, and you will be adaptable in dealing with international guests. You will be outgoing, warm and friendly. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be excellent. With a good sense of humour, you will have the ability to work under pressure with excellent guest relations and management skill.
You will be fit enough to work extended hours and have high attention to detail. With energy and drive your planning and organising skills will be faultless. You will demonstrate leadership and management qualities to achieve organisational success.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 (Hospitality / Hotel / Lodge Management qualification and advantage)
At least 2 years’ experience as a manager
Valid Code 8 Drivers License
Valid PDP
