President Ramaphosa to address delegates at the Local Government Summit

President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to address delegates at the Cogta Summit on Wednesday morning.

With a bleak picture being painted about local government, the two-day summit aims to conclude with an action plan to enable well-running and fully-functioning municipalities.
