The South African Local Government Association in KwaZulu Natal is working with municipalities, to professionalize the running of local government, and improve service delivery in the province.
SALGA is having a Good Governance symposium this week aimed at empowering local government officials.
Its KZN Chairperson Thami Ntuli says the gathering will include mayors, speakers, and municipal managers.
He told eNCA that the aim is to provide clean and good governance.
