Judgment reserved in Ace Magashule civil litigation case

Judgment in the civil litigation case brought by suspended ANC Secretary-General, Ace Magashule has been reserved.

Magashule and three others want charges against them withdrawn.

But the state wants their application dismissed.

The charges relate to the multi-million-rand asbestos project in the Free State during Magashule’s tenure as the province’s premier.
