Memorial to be held for Emalahleni mayor Linah Malatjie and her husband

A memorial service will be held for the late Emalahleni mayor Linah Malatjie and her husband Essau.

The couple died in a car crash on Sunday night.

They were travelling between KwaMhlanga and Emalahleni when their car crashed into a Ford Ranger.

Malatjie was re-elected to the position of mayor in November, after the municipal elections.

Funeral details have not yet been announced.
