ANC constitution not in conflict with SA, says National Assembly’s LechesaTsenoli

There are no lines being blurred between the ANC and Parliament according to National Assembly Deputy Speaker, Lechesa Tsenoli.
He was referring to alleged corruption by government officials unearthed at the State Capture Inquiry.
Tsenoli said the ANC’s Constitution isn’t above the country’s.
“The constitution of the ANC is not in conflict with the constitution of the country. I see no conflict, in my view, in what the Constitution says and what the ANC constitution says.”
“What individuals do inside the structures of the ANC is one thing. Inside Parliament equally, there has to be a common standard, across the board, of what people do and it applies to them irrespective of their political affiliation,” he said.
He was speaking on eNCA’s Power to Truth, with JJ Tabane.
