He ranked seventh in the Avance Media 100 Most Influential Young South Africans – The people of Mzansi had mixed feeling about his ranking, as some feel that he got there on the merit of other people’s work.

The South African television personality, social media personality, radio host, comedian and actor, Lasizwe, is making news once again. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with season two of The Lasizwe Show. Twitter is buzzing with allegations that Lasizwe is a copycat with regards to his content. The young comedian has had fingers pointed at him, accusing him of stealing content. His fans are not pleased with the amount of unoriginal content that he has produced.

The question has been, is Lasizwe an original content creator? Lasizwe was pulled over the coals earlier this month when he announced that he was ranked seventh in the Avance Media 100 Most Influential Young South Africans.

With Lasizwe having been placed seventh, he said that this also made him the overall lifestyle category winner.

The people of Mzansi did not keep quite after the announcement and made their feelings known. There were positive and negative comebacks.
