Labour Relations Specialist Wanted:

Our Employer’s Organisation is searching for the services of a Labour Relations Specialist who meets the following minimum requirements:

1. Must have completed Bachelor’s degree/ Labour Relations Diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. Must have knowledge of the LRA, BCEA, EEA and understanding of the Bargaining Council system

3. Much have relevant experience mainly in chairing of disciplinary hearings and representing clients at CCMA or Bargaining Council.

4. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.

The salary package is market-related and as follows:

R23 000,00 per month plus car allowance,

plus communication allowance,

fuel card, as well as medical aid and pension fund at CTC.
