ActionSA campaigns to move KZN legislature back to Ulundi

Action SA is looking to have the KZN Legislature returned to Ulundi.

The party in the province says it is opposed to the plans by the ANC, to build a new precinct at a cost of over R6-billion.

Action SA is launching a public participation campaign on its proposal, for the use of Ulundi facilities.

KZN ActionSA provincial chairperson Zwakele Mncwango says under the current economic climate, they should instead be used to improve service delivery.

He said, “This presentation was done when I was still with public works.”

“The proposal is that government must look for savings and raise about R6-billion for new precinct somewhere in Pietermaritzburg.”
