Search for those swept away continues following KZN floods

At least 13 people have died following heavy rains and floods in KwaZulu-Natal.
Some are still missing including one who was washed into the Tugela River and two others swept away during a cleansing ceremony.
Meanwhile, the Human Rights Commission says floods and storms can lead to violations of basic human rights.
The Commission is on an oversight visit to Ladysmith in KwaZulu-Natal.
