KZN Correctional Services commissioner Arthur Fraser blocked from entering offices

The battle between National Correctional Services commissioner Arthur Fraser and the KZN’s head Mnikelwa Nxele is heating up.

This after Nxele was denied entry into the department’s office in Pietermaritzburg on Thursday.

Nxele has been on suspension for months, but the labour court cleared him to return to work.
