Four people have died in a multiple-vehicle collision in Krugersdorp on Wednesday night.
Netcare911 spokesperson Shawn Herbst said four vehicles, including a minibus taxi, were involved in the collision.
Herbst said 17 people were injured in the collision and stabilised on the scene before being transported to the hospital for further treatment.
Circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated by police.
