WATCH: North West police condemn Klerksdorp knife incident
North West police have condemned an incident where a group of men attempted to rob or hijack a victim in front of his white SUV.
The video of the man, who defended himself using a knife, has been shared widely on social media.
The incident took place in Klerksdorp. The man is seen warding off three people approaching his vehicle.
They disperse after he threatens and shouts at them. He then gets into his vehicle after the confrontation.

According to police, the man has refused to open a case docket.
Authorities say a similar incident occurred in May.
Despite the alleged suspects who robbed him being identified, the complainant did not want to take action.
