President Ramaphosa welcomes Belgium’s King Philippe
President Cyril Ramaphosa says strengthening bilateral relations with Belgium will assist South Africa in tackling its energy crisis.
Ramaphosa is hosting the Belgian King Philippe and his wife Queen Mathilde.
It is the royal couple’s first state visit to South Africa.
The monarchs will be engaging with academia and civil society, and visiting historical and cultural sites.
