Kim Kardashian is making sure no one else can capitalise on her youngest son’s name, Psalm West. According to E! News, Kim filed to trademark the newborn’s name just a day after his birth via a surrogate on Thursday, 9 May.
The reality TV star announced the name of her fourth child 10 days after his birth, on Mother’s Day. Alongside a screengrab of a text message and photo of the baby from Kanye, Kim wrote: “Psalm West”
Little Psalm West isn’t the only Kardashian family member to have their name trademarked.

In February, Kim along with her sisters Khloé and Kylie, filed papers to trademark the names of their kids – North, Saint, Chicago, True and Stormi – to use on retail products such as clothes, toys and skin care goods.
