Police Minister Bheki Cele will visit the family of an off-duty officer killed in Gugulethu mass shooting at the weekend.
Warrant Officer Lindela Mraqisa served as a close protector to Deputy Minister Mathale since 2019.
Victims were sitting in two cars parked on the side of the road at the time of the shooting.
Police say they’ve mobilized resources to trace and arrest those behind the attack.
This is the second mass shooting incident in the area in less than a week.
